AD:Arch is passionate about our city and urban reuse. The city is designed to foster the dignity of the individual and a reinforce a dynamic community. We are inspired by urban areas that are often mischaracterized as "blighted" and recognize the substantial potential embedded in the deep structure of the city. We are committed to design intervention and furthering these precepts in all our work.Our passion for urban spaces, buildings, and infrastructure affords us the opportunity to work on several different project types. We have experience in adaptive re-use, remodel, renovation, and additions for offices, restaurants, retail, residential, laboratory, and hydroponic /aquaponic facilities.Sustainability is a corollary to our passion for urban spaces. The urban footprint is compact requiring interconnectivity efficiency. We have designed new projects to meet LEED standards and worked toward achieving Living Building Challenge certifications. Sustainable practice is a responsible way forward for the built environment.
