As it stands I am now a Bills Restaurant Supervisor. I see this as being an ambassador to the company for both guests and staff. Being responsible for the restaurant whilst running my shift I keep an over view of the floor to make sure every single guest is getting the service they desire, I do this by communicating through my team and quizzing them on their sections. With the support of senior management I can see myself progressing higher.I am also responsible for forecasting restaurant sales and scheduling staff for smooth service of peak times with in targets. This entitles me to be in charge of all aspects of recruiting and training for the restaurant as a head.

Whilst working for Bills as an STM I helped open over 6 new restaurants. Helping with learning and development of new Waiters/waitresses. I would be responsible for all aspects of their training including health and safety, the core menu, general customer service and understanding.

My Main role here was to ensure the restaurant was kept at a steady pace and that everyone had an equal work load, that the guest's were kept happy by meeting seating requirements and to unsure they were aware of any run outs on the menu. This restaurant fitted a whopping 200 covers and was in a very busy environment.
