I maintain the overall flow of inventory by monitoring product and usage to ensure an uninterrupted supply chair for production. Work closely with production supervisors in determining and meeting customer needs. Assist with shipping and receiving functions with order fulfillment and verifying material received against purchase orders. Ensure that all production and quality systems are always followed to ensure deadlines are met. Create work orders for any material alterations and/or material built in house. Manage and document all RMA material needs. I also work closely with the buyer team to ensure proper purchasing timelines and quality of all material. Assisting in contract and subcontract proposals. ● IFS Manufacturing Planning- Release requisitions for repairs and production builds- Creating, updating, receiving, issuing and un-issuing shop orders- Generating costed shop orders for model, plastic, label, and paint shops- Collaboration with engineering leadership and SCM to procure GD parts ● Appian Manufacturing- Completing material transfers to move material from one project/task to another- Generating GD shipper/DD250/DD1149 to ship domestically and internationally ● Product Center (PCTR)- Research structure of material- Research and Reporting of BOMS- Navigation of schematic images structure- Work with engineering with IRAD builds and PCTR conversions.
