In house instructor for the Augsburg University Department of Public Safety - training topics include but not limited to report writing, defensive tactics, de-escalation tactics, and OC use. Along with training Public Safety staff and the Augsburg community, I also review and update department policies, as well as develop policy in areas that are lacking direction. Examples of policy created include Use of Force, Vehicle Designation and Use, Radio Use, Report Writing and the Augsburg DPS Field Training Program.
