Staib, DDS, et al., Circuit Court No.: 2007 L 11947]Settlement - $225,000.00. 65 year old Plaintiff alleged that dentist placed ten implants in his mouth, all of which failed within a period of approximately one year.[Rutkowski v. D'Alise, DDS, et al., Circuit Court No.: 2012 L 01559]Settlement - $250,000.00. 56 year old plaintiff alleged that dentist planned to place five implants, but placed eight, all of which failed.
