API Tester:Role: API testers focus on testing the functionality, reliability, performance, and security of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).Responsibilities:Verify the correctness of API requests and responses.Test API endpoints for various input parameters and scenarios.Validate the data exchange between different software systems through APIs.Ensure compliance with API documentation and standards.Collaborate with developers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues.Performance Tester:Role: Performance testers evaluate the responsiveness, scalability, stability, and reliability of software applications under different load conditions.Responsibilities:Design and execute performance test scenarios to simulate real-world usage patterns.Measure and analyze system performance metrics such as response time, throughput, and resource utilization.Identify performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other issues impacting application performance.Conduct stress testing to assess system behavior under extreme loads.Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.Collaborate with development and operations teams to address performance-related issues.Automation Tester:Role: Automation testers automate the execution of test cases to improve efficiency, repeatability, and accuracy of testing processes.Responsibilities:Develop automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.Execute automated tests to validate software functionality across different platforms and environments.Maintain and enhance automated test suites to adapt to changes in software requirements and features.Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless software delivery.Analyze test results and identify defects, regressions, and inconsistencies.
