• Implemented an ultra-low power safety critical state machine to prevent and resolve safety hazards from occurringwithin a larger system, by using an MSP430 microcontroller and following the MISRA C standard• Configured Gitlab CI/CD pipelines to run static code analysis, unit tests, builds, and antifactory to minimize errors and maintain a clean code base

• Designed and implemented one wire slave protocol to send calibration data to another developing board, to aid in system emulation testing• Implemented RTOS system to read and send past usage data concurrently to another development board, to simulate live field testing effectively
