Responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities, evaluating schemes in line with the Rentplus affordable Rent-To-Buy model to generate offers. Negotiating acquisition contracts on both turnkey and milestone basis and Section 106 agreements specific to the tenure. Managing scheme contracts through to completion ensuring that finance is available when required, they are kept within budget and delivery in line with investment requirements.

Employed to oversee the delivery programme of Rentplus by managing a team of Programme Managers and Project Managers to ensure offers and acquisitions meet the companies investment requirements and delivered through to practical completion and handover to the asset management team.

Anthony joined Vickery Holman as a general practice graduate surveyor in 2001 after achieving a degree in Land Management at Reading University. He then went on to qualify in 2004 as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors after gaining a wide range of experience in the commercial market.Since then, Anthony has turned his attention to development and planning building this specialism within the company, particularly concentrating on residential and mixed use schemes.He has worked on a wide range of opportunities offering strategic planning advice and detailed development appraisals to produce schemes representing the highest potential return. Following the acquisition of an acceptable planning consent Anthony has successfully marketed a number of development schemes negotiating sales from £100,000 to over £2million.
