Project Manager (Covid-19 Intervention)
Current• Participate in key stakeholder meetings, project progress discussions and ensuring professional client representation with Chief Medical Directors of all beneficiary hospitals.• Supervision of procurement and commissioning of equipment and plant. To ensure that the right specifications as demanded and as contained in OEM datasheets/manuals are implemented accordingly.• Ensure top-notch supervision and review of daily, weekly and monthly project progress of all 19 sites across 5 states within the North-Central Geographical zone.• Co-ordination and supervision of contractor’s site implementations physically and leveraging on feedbacks from designated Resident Engineers to all sites. • Collation of weak points, observations and snags in the course of project execution. Ensuring that lasting solutions are effected for plant sustainability.• Ensure efficient sensitization of plant operations, storage capacity, expected load limits etc. to the hospital management and maintenance personnel. • Ensure quality standards are met as well as undiluted compliance to HSE expectations.• Preparation and compilations of monthly reports capturing plant operating performances, site activities, online monitoring reports, community activities and professionalism of contractors.
