Job Includes:• Implementing ABA techniques including DTT, PRT, PECS to increase language and communication, appropriate play skills, cooperation skills, and daily living skills.• Creating fun, motivating experiences to generate the highest level of performance for each individual.• Tracking each individual's progress with graphs and daily data collection.• Monitoring maladaptive behaviours and implementing behaviour interventions.• Actively communicating with other team members to improve consistency and effectiveness of interventions.• Providing parent education and encouraging parent participation.• I was specially selected from the training program for a role within the company.
