Overseeing a growing team of product managers, designers, engineers, researchers and research managers focused on making Apollo the most impactful AI-centric & intelligent end-to-end sales tech product in the world. -Developing an ML-powered Dynamic Activation Engine to boost adoption of key use cases by optimizing notifications, nudges, and tours.-Building admin console experience for Apollo, enabling streamlined workspace setup for teams.-Deploying infrastructure for scaling humans-in-the-loop programs for onboarding, allowing Apollo customers to get connected at precisely the right moments to human support (OMs, partners, etc.) Interim Head of Design for Q4 2024. Ceded duties back to SVP Design when he returned from leave.

On the product side, launched Apollo Air: a simplified pipeline generation-focused version of Apollo that used AI to guide customers to success in booking their first meeting. Drove 15% increase in free-to-paid conversion, 20% increase in ARPA (adjusted revenue per account), and 23% greater meeting booked rate for Air users. Within research, hired a growing superstar team of 10+ embedded researchers focused on a variety of problem spaces (including AI, data accuracy, and intelligent sales engagement). Also became responsible for overseeing our Content Design team of 3+ ICs. Generated strategic insights and drove key product decisions that helped grow Apollo from a $100 mil to $1.9+ billion business, 10xing ARR since the inception of the research team. Maintained utmost quality of UX. Apollo was highly ranked as a product loved by customers by G2 in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Led Payments research organization (including Crypto team). Managed a team of 7 researchers through the launch of both the new crypto wallet and the Robinhood Cash product. Drove research to establish PMF and helped build a long-term vision for product development, leading to a significant boost in customer activation for Robinhood Cash, and helping to build the diverse portfolio of products that would enable our successful IPO (Crypto became one of our highest earning products and contributed directly to Robinhood’s high valuation)

Built the next generation of Cash Management.

Conducted research on PAI (Personal AI Agent)-related privacy matters, robotics, and perceptive devices. Developed cutting-edge design and product solutions for building human-centric AI assistants that could make customers feel truly at ease with AI as a copilot.
