• Deliver and pick up materials, parts, and Kanban cards on designated water spider routes at designated times.• Work with VSLs, Team leads and Quality Techs with material flow between the stockroom, warehouse, and the shop floor.• Work with Stockroom Attendant to prepare materials to be delivered to Production.• Perform weekly inventory counts.• Ensure batch/lot (FIFO & FEFO) on material being transacted.• Assist with hardware kits to support production needs.• Perform all relevant SAP transactions and reporting.• Loading and unloading freight vehicles with forklift and necessary material handling equipment• Package material for transport/storage as required.• Work flexible hours to achieve daily departmental objectives.• Understand and work on customer shipment schedules.• Prepare outbound shipments and make necessary coordination arrangements.• Prepare all outbound shipment documentation.

Carpentry work including, lock set repair, wall damage repair - patch and paint, repair of window systems, and door system adjustments. Mechanical work including, equipment readings, pneumatic tube repair/cleaning, testing of emergency generators, and emergency lights/batteries. Electrical repair of outlets, switches, door magnets, lights, and ballasts. Plumbing repairs of faucets and shower valves. Test sealing penetrations of firewalls & smoke compartments. Test fire sprinkler/riser system and shutoff procedure. Repair of fans, mixing boxes, dampers, cooling towers, air handlers, VAV boxes, belt change-outs, coil cleaning, compressors, and vacuum pumps.Ordering parts through Lawson.Coordinate with hospital staff regarding requested repairs for equipment.

Installing sprinkler and hose systems.Repairing defective sprinkler systems.Assembling pipes, tubes, and other fittings carrying water to and from sprinklers.Testing the sprinkler system to ensure it works.Reading blueprints.

Test requests, schedule jobs, and create work orders.Perform daily testing and report the results of the test to appropriate personnel.Laboratory test procedures (LTPs).Quality Procedure required by QP-7531.Customer specifications, as required.Test or evaluate product/parts for investigation purposes.Testing military material.
