Under contract with the Department of Medicaid, oversaw provision of 1915c HCBS Waiver care management services to >12,000 waiver recipients in Ohio and Indiana. Provided leadership of all operational divisions of the company. Promoted four times within seven-year tenure. Directed all multi-state ventures including: Clinical and Utilization/Case Management Services, Government and commercial contracts, Transitional Services, MFP/HOME Choice and Community Living Services, Provider Oversight/Credentialing, Web-based and Online Learning Products, Community Outreach Programs, and PR/Marketing divisions. Direct supervision of Clinical and Operational Directors in several states. Coordinated with Administrative Services in the development and implementation of annual budgets, staffing and profitability models, technology initiatives and innovation (e.g. systemic conversion to EMR), and P&L/financial modeling and forecasting. Evaluated ongoing enterprise performance against established operating plans and strategic goals. Represented the company in the community, with major customers, government agencies, shareholders, and the public.

Achieved Medicare, Medicaid, Passport and commercial plan certifications within 8 months of start-up. Responsible for the creation and implementation of all clinical and administrative policies and procedures for home health, hospice, and 1915c community waiver programs. As Director of Nursing, provided clinical oversight of all direct patient care and case management, as well as staff development and training/skills competency testing for all licensed and non-licensed staff.
