Responsible for optimizing the financial capital performance of the company’s operating assets, managing/directing the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the company's investment portfolio, the strategic financial and capital planning of the operating assets, overseeing the quarterly investor financial statements, and the strategic tax planning of the company's operating assets.

Oversee and manage the accounting functions and the financial reporting to both internal management and external investors/partners.
