- Configuration, design and maintenance of a primarily Cisco and Citrix routing environment. Experience in 1800, 1900, 2800, 2900, 3500 and 4300 series Cisco routers and switches.- Support for the network infrastructure of Pilot data centers and Pilot Flying J travel centers/ partner stores. Experience mainly in BGP, MPLS routing protocols with experience working with HSRP, VRRP.- Installation & replacement of Cisco routing equipment. Experience working with HWIC, EHWIC, T1 cards, FXS/FXO daughter cards and multi-port channel interfaces.- Experience supporting and building a network for cradlepoint cellular technologies using MPLS tunnels and BGP routing.- Experience supporting a wireless environment with static and overload NATs for a local DHCP environment.- Worked in building and supporting Cisco Unity, Cisco Call Manager and Cisco UCCX applications. Also built the networks for local VOIP phones at sales locations (Cisco and Avaya).- Experience troubleshooting on-site routing equipment, networks and transaction devices over the phone with store managers and sometimes on-site visits.- Correspondence with local and wider internet service providers to chase down quick resolution to any service outage.- Experience with router- and server-side monitoring systems and GUIs, including SolarWinds, Paessler's PRTG, Server 2012 and Citrix Director.- Worked as a team lead, directing a team of 5-7 junior engineers for the duration of the shift to keep up with projects, provide short-term maintenance for the stores and summarize all duties with documentation. Worked with other leads in a larger team with meetings and daily correspondence.- Worked with employees and management to seek out mutually beneficial resolution to any personnel issues.
