After a 15-year career in professional rugby, including representing Australia as a Wallaby, I’ve had the privilege of competing and leading at the highest levels of sport. Playing for the Wallabies taught me critical lessons about resilience, teamwork, and the true meaning of success—how it’s not just about individual performance but about empowering those around you, building winning teams, and ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute and succeed.My professional journey began with the ACT Brumbies in 2005 and took me across Australia and Japan, playing consecutive seasons with the Queensland Reds, ACT Brumbies, and Japan’s Kintetsu Liners from 2016 to 2018. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of leadership, discipline, and how to inspire teams to perform at their peak.Off the field, I’m equally driven by business and community impact. In 2012, I co-founded the Faingaa Twins Think Pink Charity with my brother, Saia, to raise awareness and funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This annual event continues to thrive, reflecting our ongoing commitment to making a difference.Currently, I am the Managing Director of Moonyah Workforce, a recruitment, labour hire, and traffic management company. At Moonyah, we’re dedicated to connecting talent with opportunity, with a strong focus on giving equal opportunities to Indigenous communities and fostering relationships that drive mutual success.I hold a postgraduate degree in business from the University of Queensland and am continuing to advance my expertise through the Executive MBA at the same institution. I’m passionate about property development, investment opportunities, and business growth, and I’m actively pursuing ventures that align with my vision of creating sustainable, long-term impact.
