Acting as the single point of contact for all DPS interests relating to VDC and BIM on the Client site in Arizona. Issue meeting minutes and assign and manage ARs to resolution.•Develop processes that ensure constructability input is provided by the trade construction team to the trade detailing team and that it is incorporated into the design.•Assist contractors in providing solutions to achieve a routing plan free of conflicts. This may require multiple interactions and design corrections. •Complete Quality, Coordination & Clash audits on trade routing plans and work proactively with contractors to resolve issues.•Monitor that the routing design is implemented in the field per the routing plan. Ensure all lessons learned from field clashes are implemented on the next routing plan.•Work with the trade contractors and with the DPS construction team to promote productivity improvements, efficient and flawless execution and also participate in continuous process improvement during execution of the project.

As part of the largest BIM project across Europe, I was assigned to the role of model coordinator for a large functional area to facilitate in the model management of both mechanical and electrical services. Ensuring models maintain the intended design integrity, provide adequate spatial coordination for all adjacent services and uphold the specification and constructability guidelines of the site. Worked as part of a large BIM detailing team until October ’12, utilising Laser scanning along with Autocad MEP, Pointools and Navisworks to provide a clash free as-built model of a large semi-conductor factory.The models were created by combining point cloud data with physical field surveys and verification. All architectural, mechanical and electrical services formed part of the scope, with the construction tolerance of the models being +/- 20mm. The outcome of the completed as-built models enabled the facility to proceed with BIM for the planned future Tool Install upgrade.
