Acting as the single point of contact for all DPS interests relating to VDC and BIM on the Client site in Arizona. Responsible for the successful execution of the VDC element of the DPS scope. •SPOC within the PIT and onsite for all issues relating to BIM and VDC in the DPS scope.•Interview suitable candidates for onsite VDC positions with DPS and determine their suitability for the role and where they would best fit in the team.•Lead, train and mentor VDC on site engineers as they are on boarded to the project. •Identify training needs for each individual and implement required training plans.•Work with the Client and the VDC Site Lead and VDC Manager to develop VDC process and procedures for the project.•Provide reports to DPS senior management on the project status.•Coordinate with all stakeholders to manage the resolution of issues with inputs into the detailing process. This will include TI central design, Layout, Pre-assignment and Basebuild etc. •Coordinate, facilitate and manage coordination meetings both in an office environment and on site. Issue meeting minutes and assign and manage ARs to resolution.•Develop processes that ensure constructability input is provided by the trade construction team to the trade detailing team and that it is incorporated into the design.•Assist contractors in providing solutions to achieve a routing plan free of conflicts. This may require multiple interactions and design corrections. •Complete Quality, Coordination & Clash audits on trade routing plans and work proactively with contractors to resolve issues.•Monitor that the routing design is implemented in the field per the routing plan. Ensure all lessons learned from field clashes are implemented on the next routing plan.•Work with the trade contractors and with the DPS construction team to promote productivity improvements, efficient and flawless execution and also participate in continuous process improvement during execution of the project.

Completed and managed the delivery of BIM services to overseas mechanical contractors within a densely populated semi-conductor environment.Produced clash free and coordinated 3D models as well as producing fabrication and installation drawings to meet the clients construction need.Maintained a strong channel of communication with the client by organising and facilitating daily conference calls and model reviews. Based on site in the Netherlands, successfully completed the role of BIM Lead on a large scale datacenter project.Responsible for the federating and managing of the model and coordinating all above ground services amongst various sub-contractors. Coordinated architectural, structural and below/above ground services and ensured all systems were clash free and in accordance with design criteria.Facilitated model coordination workshops with the design teams, the clients and sub-contractors and managed issues arising to resolution.Additionally, responsible for the management of the detailing of all above ground electrical services. Developed a deliverables schedule and worked closely with the customer in ensuring adequate QA/QC procedures were in place.Worked closely with the detailing team in Dublin to ensure milestones were hit and that the Revit models produced were of the required standard

Provided site based experience to a local Trade contractor for a large semi-conductor facility in Israel. Appointed by the client to share key learning's and BKM's based on the successful completion of previous similar scope in Ireland, in which I gained almost 4 years of experience.Offered training and work shadowing to key team members, facilitated site/field walks and offered methods to aid in standardising practices and procedures to allow the Trade contractor to prepare for the upcoming schedule ramp.

As part of the largest BIM project across Europe, I was assigned to the role of model coordinator for a large functional area to facilitate in the model management of both mechanical and electrical services. Ensuring models maintain the intended design integrity, provide adequate spatial coordination for all adjacent services and uphold the specification and constructability guidelines of the site. Work closely with the client, Trade Contractors and fellow DPS personnel in developing high quality BIM models to help deliver a successful construction output. Project scope included detailing and coordinating both Mechanical and Electrical services for complex semi-conductor equipment using various design packages.- Cadworx- ReCap- Navisworks- Leica & Faro scan dataMaintained a strong channel of communication with the client by organising and facilitating daily conference calls and model reviews, while managing the action register to closure for project end. Worked closely with fellow DPS personnel based on site to ensure successful project delivery.Successfully produced fabrication and installation packages for the client on schedule. Played a key role in managing the projects to completion while upholding a strong working relationship with both DPS management and the client.

Worked as part of a large BIM detailing team until October ’12, utilising Laser scanning along with Autocad MEP, Pointools and Navisworks to provide a clash free as-built model of a large semi-conductor factory.The models were created by combining point cloud data with physical field surveys and verification. All architectural, mechanical and electrical services formed part of the scope, with the construction tolerance of the models being +/- 20mm. The outcome of the completed as-built models enabled the facility to proceed with BIM for the planned future Tool Install upgrade.
