In a career that has spanned more than 20 years, I have risen from developer to senior project manager to lead complex enterprise projects. Pairing a strong background in application development with expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and project management methodologies, I deliver global solutions that streamline business processes, enhance performance insights, and drive the achievement of strategic objectives.Most recently, I’ve lead teams of up to 200 resources, both onshore and offshore, to develop, implement, and improve new products for the Insurance industry. Prior to that, I managed Master Data Integration, Demand Planning, and BI projects for 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, where I worked in large global organizations.With experience in all phases of the project life cycle, I have repeatedly applied my skill and experience to improving the processes, tools, and methods that drive project progress. From reducing costs to expediting timelines, I have collaborated with PMO, business, vendor, and stakeholder teams to streamline and optimize the development and delivery of solutions.
