Having joined Janssen Immunology in 2020, I have the honor to lead Marketing and Sales for our U.S. Rheumatology and Dermatology franchises. My career at Johnson & Johnson since 2004 has fulfilled two personally defining areas: building strong, authentic connections with colleagues and reaching patients with meaningful impact. These drivers have linked my roles in Immunology, Oncology and Infectious Diseases where I have also leveraged my analytics and marketing background to launch a range of transformative treatments.I’m a believer in taking the necessary time to build a high-performing culture and I champion my own Hispanic heritage in the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
