Mr. Ferrara has been working in the Insurance and Risk Management field for over 25 years in the capacity of a risk manager, underwriter, wholesale and retail insurance broker and consultant. In these capacities, Mr. Ferrara has and continues to provide professional insurance and risk management advice to a wide range of companies in both the private and public sectors including due diligence on commercial mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and IPOs.
