- Collaborate with property management teams to identify leasing goals and develop strategies to achieve them, leveraging market research, demographic analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Manage creative development and production of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, flyers, and community sitemaps.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media advertising, and display advertising, monitoring performance and optimizing as needed to maximize ROI.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analyses to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, recommending changes to marketing strategies as necessary.
- Provide training and support to on-site leasing teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell and market the property.
