IT manager for Acorn Property Group, a design led property developer based in Crouch End, London with offices in Bristol, Newquay and Cardiff. Administer and support Exchange Server 2010, Server 2008, Office 2010, Citrix desktop, Autocad, Photoshop, whole building wireless networks, AV installation and presentation, Mitel telephone systems, run a fleet of mobiles and tablets, manage the infrastructure in 8 offices and fix anything with a plug on it. Know my way round at least 7 operating systems. I wash my hair on Thursdays.So here's the thing.. I love making things work then making things work better. I reboot my head around 3 times a day. I like a puzzle almost as much as a solution. Will ask for directions if necessary. When I'm not making things work I make things grow. As a member of the London Gay Men's Chorus for the last 12 years and as a member of the steering group for 4 and Chair for 3 of those years I have been reminded that singing is one of the best ways to connect with other people. As Chair I learnt how to say no, how to encourage and lead, how to see a goal and find the path to it. My proudest moments are curtain up at the London Palladium, our Seven Deadly Sins concerts at The Roundhouse and being trusted with the whole train set. All of this achieved with the help and support of 200 of my closest friends.Home is currently a semi in Tottenham in a state of constant improvement. Life is better shared, I have the singular honour of sharing mine with Ian.
