Joined the Army in 2002 where I was trained to work on electronics as an Integrated Family of Test Equipment Operator/Maintainer (IFTE). I was taught how to read schematics, troubleshooting skills, and soldering techniques. When I was honorably discharged in 2006 I was hired as an electronic technician for BJ Services (now Baker Hughes) and worked on a variety of offshore systems. There I repaired, did preventive maintenance, and manufactured different equipment. Then I worked at a Chuck E Cheese’s taking care of about 60 different pieces of equipment including video games, kitchen equipment, and the electronically controlled pneumatic character. I also did preventive maintenance and repairs while keeping inventory of parts and staying within a budget.After that I went to work for Boeing on the SLS program as an electrical technician before moving to Huntsville, AL as a Test Technician.
