I operated for over 4 years as the only media producer/editor at Evanta. I would travel on-site to film speaker presentations, attendee interviews, and b-roll footage. Using the Adobe Suite, I created custom graphics and videos that were used for internal, social, and promotional use. Working closely with the company’s content team, I helped develop training videos for new hires. Other Gartner companies would outsource editing projects to me. I would create After Effects templates that production designers would use for event promotion. I managed the company’s entire media library single handedly. To support the internal communications team, I would both film and edit videos for the company newsletter. I saved the company money by suggesting cloud storage instead of physical servers. I would create and pitch ideas to prospective clients. After successfully landing a client, I worked closely with them to develop and refine the project. I was responsible for staying within tight budgetary restrictions, scouting suitable filming locations, hiring cast and crew, as well as developing efficient shooting schedules. During production I would utilize professional camera, audio, and editing equipment. I worked closely with and developed relationships with club members. Using various marketing tools and promotions, I helped drive membership enrollment. After some research, I implemented a new, more efficient payment and billing system. I would create and manage the day-to-day assignments and scheduling of employees and worked closely with independent contractors. I created and updated numerous systems and processes that were used by both staff and members. I developed and maintained the social media presence and managed advertising campaigns.
