Based in Malta we provide advisory and consultancy services in various aspects of the superyacht and yacht industry including purchase/sale contracts, corporate strucutres, tax advisory, VAT compliance, yacht registration and yacht finance. We aim to carry and use the expertize and experience of the last 20 years to assist owners and their reps to manage their business and toys across the globe.Business Aviation is also at the core of our service offering. We have assisted a number of companies in the industry by providing assitance in corporate structuring, tax advise and registration.Sports - being a keen sportsman myself, sports law and the football industry was an obvious career choice. I have assisted sportmen, particularly football players in contract negotiation since law school, and am very active in Malta in representing football players. I have also assisted in setting up the first Maltese Players' Association now in our 10th year. I also assisted a number of international clients, particularly in the setting up and management of tax efficient structures in relation to sports contracts, sponsorships and image rights. Audiovisuals - I enjoy assisting various local and foreign productions filming in Malta set up corporate structures to benefit from the advantages Malta offers to this growing industry, as we as providing advise to said productions.
