These changes were communicated to higher headquarters; as a result, Air Force Global Strike Command, Barksdale AFB Commander, and other pinnacle decision makers possessed pertinent wartime data for real-time decisions.• Improved Conventional Air-Launched Cruise Missile (CALCM) Unit Type Code (UTC) deployment processing by revamping personnel deployment folders and equipment, which reduced the 2nd Munitions Squadron deployment processing time for command directed exercises by six hours.• Coordinated with Air Force Global Strike Commandleadership on essential changes to the units Designed Operational Capability (DOC) Statement, this resulted in critical equipment and training statistics to be reported to the Barksdale AFB Commander and other pertinent decisions makers via monthly updates to the Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS).• Integrated Air Force Instruction policy changes into 271 deployment folders, based on these changes 6,800 defects were identified and corrected; as a result, unit readiness improved by 40% and prevented potential deployment processing line errors.• Team lead for three semi-annual munitions inventories that accounted for 2,500 line items valued at $150 million, which was crucial to the unit earning the 2012 Maintenance Effectiveness Award.

• Led Tiger Team in conducting an intensive four week inspection of the 8th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron; 1,441 errors were identified thus initiating the revitalization and institution of 25 maintenance practices and processes that earned the Aircraft Maintenance Squadron a” Satisfactory” rating after receiving two consecutive “Marginal” ratings.• Prepared squadron for Unit Compliance Inspection by correcting 262 munitions stockpile discrepancies, as a result, the 8th Fighter Wing was awarded an overall “Excellent” during the Pacific Air Force Operational Readiness Inspection.• Coordinated with Headquarters Pacific Air Force on accommodations for the Munitions Inspector Course; ensured classroom availability, equipment accessibility, and personnel placement for the 3 week course, which saved the Air Force $36,000 in Continental United States (CONUS) temporary duty transportation costs.

• Hand-picked to represent the Tiger Team based on Subject Matter Expertise (SME) as a Unit Training Manager; reviewed 200 instructor On-the-Job Training records, as well as, identify 42 errors which resulted in the 363rd Training Squadron earning an “Excellent” rating during the 2005 Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Training Standardization and Evaluation Visit (TSEV).• Co-authored an 80 page training manual for 3,000 Air Force trainees on safe handling of munitions assets and presented 4,950 hours of weapons safety material for the Munitions Systems Training Program for 336 Air Force trainees.• Validated four blocks of the Munitions System Apprentice Course, as a result, twelve training shortfalls, such as outdated teaching material and erroneous Air Force Form usage, were identified and corrected within 30 days, thus ensuring course material was Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP) compliant.
