Currently, I am a fourth-year student pursuing a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, having completed my level 7 with ICHAS in Counselling and Psychotheray with Addiction Studies. Concurrently, I am actively accruing pre-accreditation hours in clinical practice. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry within prominent, fast-paced establishments, I have honed my teamwork and leadership skills, thriving in high-pressure environments both as a team member and supervisor. This experience has equipped me with the adaptability to navigate dynamic situations and the ability to delegate tasks efficiently for optimal completion.Having transitioned into the role of a therapist-in-training, I have further developed my expertise in active listening, creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and nonverbal communication. As of November 2024 I am working for The Dublin Simon Community as an Outreach Support Worker. Working with low threshold addiction and housing.
