My research expertise combines computational methods to understand disease, particularly musculoskeletal. My Ph.D. utilized a combination of machine learning, deep learning, and biomechanical musculoskeletal modelling to understand knee osteoarthritis and exercise-related interventions. I founded NeuralSeg Ltd. during my Ph.D. and am excited to continue growing it. NeuralSeg offers state-of-the-art deep learning based medical image segmentation and image analyses. We leverage segmentations to create quantitative outcomes for research, clinical trials, and clinical decision making. We've worked with images ranging from ultrasound to MRI and applications from staging lung cancer to understanding knee osteoarthritis.
