Directly accountable for all planning and project management required for installing Siemens imaging equipment into the customer’s medical facilities. Work extensively with the Account Executives to develop project pre-construction plans, estimates, and project schedules. Ensure that the logistics process is performed effectively and guarantee that complete customer satisfaction is maintained during the implementation process. Responsible for solving and coordinating construction issues and delivery schedules with hospital project managers, architects, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers. Supervise the site preparation, construction, and actual installation of SMS equipment while managing installation budgets to maintain SMS profitability.

Directly responsible for daily operations of all New Jersey facilities, totalling over 300,000 SF of hi-tech telecommunications commercial space. Charged with managing the installation of network components supporting varied products. Tracked projects using Operations Science and Six Sigma techniques measuring system for work volume, restoration, installation, and troubleshooting time. Closely monitored labor budgets, bidding, request for information, change orders, redlines, and invoices on all projects. Responsible for oversight of all facility maintenance and construction activity.

Directed all aspects of network development projects in the Northern New Jersey region. Orchestrated preliminary site survey, detailed engineering review, executed RFP bid process, construction management, and final package turnover. Managed all cable placement and termination of client’s fiber optic rings. Ensured proper adherence to project specifications and deadlines by daily review of test data and reports. Accountable for all monthly forecasting, accruals, and program-level/client reporting.

Developed performance designs for boilers, which included combustion design, furnace sizing, water/steam circuitry, sorbent/fuel fluidizing process and selection of related auxiliary equipment.
