In charge of manufacturing engineering, all manufacturing processes, and soon plant facilities and maintenance.

I had started going to college for CNC programming, but there wasn't a position open at F&F Machine so Kobelco gave me a shot. Here I have been able to learn all kinds of things. I've have refined my drafting, design, and solid modeling skills. After about 4 years they liked me so much they promoted me to Manufacturing Engineer.

After trying a few other things for awhile I decided that machining was where my real talents lye and F&F Machine was nice enough to let me try it again. I really honed my setup and machine process skills here. Learned allot about speeds, feeds and different materials because we made medical instruments for various companies with a wide verity of metals.

Came here for a raise in pay, but ended up getting laid off again.Bummer!

Gave up on finding a good apprenticeship, just decided to learn everything I could from anyone I could. Had a lot of fun here they let me learn allot, and fail allot by basically allowing me to do most every thing myself. Programming, fixturing, and some processing along with CNC, and conventional machining.

Work slowed down got laid off.

Left for a better apprenticeship.

First real job. Started in high school with the school to work program out of the Elkhart Area Career Center. Worked there until a year after graduation, but left because I could not get an apprenticeship there.
