Provided admission related and graduate school customer service and support to prospective graduate students, their families and/or representatives, internal and external customers and school officials.Responsible for supporting the Graduate Admissions team with multiple forms of communication and outreach to prospective students.Works in partnership with the Events Manager, College Marketing, and Senior Manager of Admissions to create, manage and streamline a comprehensive communication plan of recruiting and admissions events and activities to prospective students for Babson's suite of graduate programs.
