I am a May 2023 graduate from Saint Mary's College of California with a bachelor's in social psychology and a minor in business administration. I am passionate about working in the human resources function in the technology industry to help organizations build a culture of where everyone is seen, heard, included, celebrated, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. I enjoy working in a team and have been able to develop team experience both in school and in internship experience. I have worked as an HR intern in the software industry for about 2 years, and some of the areas I have experience are specifically in people operations, employee experience, employee onboarding, culture building, DEI, internal & external communication and talent development. I have gained valuable experience, and both of my internship opportunities have validated my passion for working in the HR function. I believe that a strong culture that focuses on the people and our customers will help achieve business/financial objectives.
