Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop critical equipment registers- Manage testing and calibration of the critical equipment on site- Re-develop maintenance induction- Present to crews on safety alerts, process updates and refreshers on key risks involved with high risk tooling- Introduction to site / audit on ancillary equipment (e.g. lighting plants and elevated work platforms)- Assist with servicing and maintenance of equipment on site (off highway trucks, graders and excavators in particular)- Assist with defect repairs of equipment on site

Roles and Responsibilities:- Determine, analyse and report on the cause of component failures. - Design, procure and coordinate the manufacture of specialised workshop tooling.- Manage improvement initiatives by liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors to gather and communicate relevant information.- Manage the work order process to ensure parts can be ordered and costed to the appropriate rebuild.- Schedule component rebuilds to align with site maintenance strategies.- Procure parts for component rebuilds and improvement initiatives.- Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency and consistency.

Roles and Responsibilities- Global fleet analysis to align fleet with the business strategy.- Develop engineering drawings to standardise improvement initiatives.- Supplier liaison to gather relevant information and pricing on proposed improvement initiatives.- Update component pricing to maintain plant rate accuracy.- Analysis of condition monitoring results to identify the cause of component failure.

Roles and responsibilities- Operating and maintaining farm machinery including tractors, associated implements, sugar cane harvesters and haul out equipment.- Machinery fault detection on mechanical rotating equipment, hydraulic equipment and minor auto electrical works.- Repairing agricultural equipment and the replacement of components.- Modification to existing equipment to improve efficiency and reduce manning requirements.- Executing and recording bill payments within the appropriate time interval.
