I work in our Atlanta and New York offices, representing clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including the following:• Development, acquisition and sale of all major real estate product types, including office buildings, mixed use developments, shopping centers, retail outparcels, multifamily residential, healthcare facilities, industrial and logistics facilities.• Representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, including office leases, retail leases and ground leases.• Representation of banks and institutional lenders, as well as borrowers, in various real estate finance transactions, including term loans, construction loans, revolving credit facilities, workouts and foreclosures.• General real estate and corporate matters.
