The ITCFP offers experiences aimed to expose the breadth and depth of IT functions.End User Infrastructure Services (EUIS) Mobility – Managed system enhancements and maintenance of security to allow the (BEN) Boeing Enterprise Network to operate a variety of mobile devices securely and effectively.IT Capital Assets – Provided trend and gap analysis that affected Network Asset Management devices through SmartNet Modeling, Capital Inventory reports, and sparing strategy. Resulting in a cost savings of 1M for over 3 years.IT Demand Management – Led and enabled the delivery of proper metrics and messaging through the Demand Management Visibility Services (DMVS) dashboard tool and ITI Demand Management Steering Committee.Program Planning & Control (PP&C) – Worked with multiple IT activities across Enterprise not currently integrated to develop enterprise-wide approach for Chemical Inventory and Information System that resulted in $62.1M savings over five years.

Created an enhanced procurement process and in-service strategies to improve current vendor operations, product source selections, and contracting negotiations for the business group. As a result, delivered total cost savings of $10,000 while procuring 3 new vendors to supply MCB with Windows Mobile devices for development.
