I work with a large team across multiple countries to test the latest versions of the OIGETIT app and website. I would send daily reports 7 days a week. These reports would show bugs in the software and step by step instructions on how to recreate the issues(screenshots included). I would even get in to a call with our software developers to help them recreate the bugs and explain how I came to my findings. This internship was very helpful; I was able to communicate with the team effectively and bring my own perspective to the table when it came to deciding the future of the software.
