- Served as lead counsel for over twenty Congressional hearings covering bankruptcy, antitrust, and tax issues. - Served as lead counsel to several bills that were favorably reported by the Committee and passed the House of Representatives, which required drafting Committee reports, Member statements, amendment responses, and related talking points. - Manage all aspects of a Congressional hearing, including researching and drafting hearing memoranda, selecting and preparing witnesses, briefing Members and staff regarding hearing topics, preparing opening statements for the Subcommittee and Full Committee Chairmen, and drafting proposed questions for the hearing witnesses. - Draft legislation, amendments, and letters to administration officials. - Collaborate with issue experts and administration officials on areas primarily related to bankruptcy and antitrust.

- Drafted bond exchange offering memoranda, rights offering procedures and subscription documents, Form 8-Ks, and related disclosure documents. - Drafted and negotiated a debtor-in-possession financing facility, and related bankruptcy pleadings. - Assisted in drafting a section 363 sale order, asset purchase agreement, and related bankruptcy court pleadings. - Assisted in bankruptcy-related diligence with respect to a potential asset purchase. - Prepared numerous companies for potential chapter 11 filings and drafted all related bankruptcy court pleadings.
