Anthony last Project Engineer role was the IPT/CAM Lead for the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) ISIM Cryo Radiators managing a team of up to 15 engineers in a variety of technical fields. Other IPT/CAM roles include cryo-radiators for KEPLER, and several other payloads and IR instruments.

Anthony investigated numerous state-of-the-art aerospace technologies (Loop Heat Pipes, Capillary Pump Loops, Carbon-Carbon radiators, inflatable radiators) for implementing in AF satellite programs. Anthony was the AF-SETA thermal engineer for the technical assessment of the TOPAZ space nuclear reactor. Anthony investigated the development and application of various directed energy technologies.

Anthony was the Mechanical Engineer for the ARCO 1 Megawatt Photovoltaic Power Plant implementing actively cooled concentrating single axis linear parabolic photovoltaic system. Effort included field piping design and analysis and thermal plant mechanical design.
