As a current student studying for my bachelor of information technology with at Griffith University. The program has been engaging and further developing my problem solving, critical thinking and teamworking skills. IT will allow me to help make a positive impact on the world by improving and solving problems with technology. I am currently learning the foundations for Python. I am eager to learn and develop my skills to allow me to deliver high quaility work. I am also looking forward to meeting and connecting with other technology professionals to help develop my skills.The purpose of this e-portfolio is to help make me more accessable to other industry professions and allow for me to network with them. It will also showcase my achievements, commitment and employability skills.My current major is in Network and Security. I believe both programing and cyber security will continue to be required in the future because programing and security techniques will continue to be developed for the forseeable future. As AI develops, many jobs will become easier or many even become obsolete. This is why the two main jobs that i am aiming for are Software Engineer or Cybersecurity Analyst which require a human element and will not be completely replaced by future technology like AI. Once i finished or in my final year of university, i am looking for an entry level role that will help build the fundermentals that i have learnt at university and gain experience at working in this the IT industry. After i have gained considerable skills and experience, i would be looking for an opportunuties for a career advancement.
