In this role I was tasked with leading, developing and supporting a crew of roughly 10 people on a high level/high adventure zipline course. Duties included maintaining safety standards for associates and customers, delivering an exciting and engaging experience and ensuring all safety guidelines were exceeded at all times. Duties also included handling disciplinary actions, revising scheduling, teaching and development, and ensuring all LOPs and SOPs were being adhered to.
