• Construction of 3 no concrete frame buildings for Balfour Beatty, Newcastle University. Buildings ranging from 5 to 9 storeys and all groundworks included in package. Construction of Student accomodation in Edinburgh for Pochin Construction valued at £5 million each.• Supervision of site engineers, ordering reinforcement and materials, quality assurance, reviewing work against programme dates, overall control of drawings and information issued and requested from main contractor.

• Employed by Seymours Ltd to provide engineering and management services on a £0.5 million sewer diversion and construction of pumping stations/CSO/wet well.
