Furniture Product Design of curved plywood components. Created 3d models for press forms. 3d models for 5 axis jigs and fixtures. Also created cnc programs for 5 axis machines using solid works, master cam and rhino 3d.

Responsible for 3d models of upholstery frame product, as well as 3d printing of design models used for material set up and design aesthetic to prove proof of concept. Additional duties included the use of 3d scanning technology to accurately model real word concepts into a functional 3d model in solid works.

Previous position responsible for taking design drawings and creating manufacturing bill of materials, costing analysis, developing new material suppliers, creating product packaging.
