I advise both businesses and individuals with varying degrees of financial difficulty, skilfully finding innovative solutions to complex problems. My significant expertise encompasses investigations, devising recovery strategies, and acting as a Liquidator, Receiver and Administrator where necessary.As a registered auditor, I also maintains a portfolio of thriving audit clients, using my breadth of experience to give sound commercial advice and have built up significant expertise in litigation support work. I have considerable experience in advising corporate clients with challenges in their businesses including cash, profitability and funding issues. Additionally I advise clients on issues of 'Risk Management' within their businesses.I regularly talks at conferences both in the UK and overseas. I also chair PLaN — Critchleys' quarterly property networking forum.I live in a village just outside Oxford with my wife and young son. I love travelling, particularly to mountainous areas where I can get in some serious hill walking - a few years ago I achieved a long-held ambition of climbing Mount Toukbal in the Atlas Mountains of North Africa. I am a keen supporter of Gloucester Rugby Club, whose progress I follow closely. I am also a keen bridge player and a member of the Oxford Bridge Club
