Based in South East Asia, Anthony works with companies and not-for-profit organisations across Asia to create, facilitate, implement, and lead social impact programs and advise on CSR and ESG outcomes.CDV Global’s international pro-bono skills-based volunteering program, Project DevLink, was created with the aim of mobilising a company’s human capital to positively benefit grassroots NGOs in developing countries. Project DevLink embodies the United Nations SDGs and aligns Corporate Social Responsibility activities with employee engagement, skills-based volunteering, sustainable development, and cultural intelligence.Prior to joining CDV Global Anthony spent 12 years working across South East Asia and East Africa with a number of social and environmental development organisations, managing programmes, projects and volunteer schemes regionally, before moving on to found a social responsibility advisory service called Dragon SR based in Kuala Lumpur which linked NGOs with companies, building relationships to create sustainable and meaningful benefits to both and putting social responsibility practices at the heart of their business.Before starting his career in social impact and overseas development, Anthony worked in London for 9 years as a manager in the IT Finance and Business Consultancy sectors. This dual sided career across more than 20 years means he is just at home in the field with project staff as the boardroom with stakeholders and is perfectly placed to assess the requirements of NGOs, projects, volunteers and clients.When time allows Anthony also works as a freelance creative and business writer, creating content and offering proofreading and editorial services. He also advises a number of local NGOs and small businesses.Anthony is from Teesside in the North East of England and currently lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
