• Successfully complete several full life-cycle implementations involving a SaaS product• Lead client requirement sessions• Recognize and assess potential risks• Conduct system configuration and integration testing

• Assist clients in outlining skill requirements, and orientations for members on staff• Schedule and create presentations during the onboarding of staff• Analyze daily reports to predict weekly sells goals and compare to previous periods
