Providing leadership assessment, development and coaching services to clients in Australia and the Asia Pacific region to build leadership capability and future leadership potential (e.g. designing and delivering Singapore Management University’s Leadership Development Series). Contracting to larger consultancies on the implementation of talent management, leadership assessment, and management development projects for clients such as Optus, AMP, Woolworths, Metlife and the Australian Institute of Sport.

Responsible for talent management, OD and change, and leadership development in emerging markets across Asia Pacific, including China, India and South East Asia. Focused on organizational transformation; the building of leadership capability including country leadership teams, talent management effectiveness and a customer-centric culture.Responsible for developing and implementing the change management strategy to support MSD Australia's new Customer First business strategy, with a significant focus on leadership development; employee engagement and culture change; and talent development.
