Technical Support Consultant • General DSL, voice and connectivity technical support. Learned from scratch to the point where I was a subject matter expert to others. • Fault management through to training others and becoming a senior fault manager. In the last year, I wrote training documents for future fault managers to reference. • Dedicated LLU team member during LLU launch period. A lot of time understanding technology that had little documentation and fixing major install issues at the exchange. • Zen Select team - specialist team focussing on LLU, event lines and SIP. High priority work within a small, collaborative team. • Critical care, LLU and event line team. Customer and fast-resolution focussed. Fixing issues on lines that are both business critical and life lines to vulnerable people.

Customer service in person and on phone, from recommendations to technical support on software and hardware. Sales and serving on the tills.

Maintained the exhibition, helped visitors, manned box office and restocked and served in the exhibition shop.

Ushering, concessions stand, ice cream stand, bar and The Gallery (more expensive area with a bar, entailing all the above jobs with more individual attention to guests).
