• Territory management and Target & Quota setting for the sales organization including attainment reporting and analysis.
• Field Operations Lead for two business segments acting as the point of contact for the sales executive and leadership teams. Responsibilities include weekly sales forecast, pipeline management, develop and streamline.

• Lead of the Asset Management and Global Mobility tax segments and analysts in the groups.
• Responsible for reviewing individual economic activities as well as the overall segment.

• Inventory and cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Mentor, train, direct, and communicate finance initiatives to analysts and client serving professionals.
• Provide global financial management services for one of the firm's largest Global Mobility accounts.

• Support partners and manage a $65 Million book of business.
• Monitor A/R, A/P, P&L impacts, profitability, engagement revenue, revenue days, expense analyses, and utilization reports.
• Assist in month end P&L close. Prepare any adjustments to revenue for the month.
• Schedule and initiate invoicing for two thousand expatriates globally; tracking services and billing practices for "out-of-scope" work including domestic and international client projects.
• Forecast monthly cash collections, prepare monthly accruals and reconcile accounts to assist clients with their internal forecasting needs.
