My role is to represent the company in dealing with clients or their agents, external and internal customer's and professional staff in a manner that enhances the company's reputation. I produce all Master programmes for Herons for all sectors I manage all daily operations for the Planning department. I liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers during programme development. Completed projects below all finished on time or early.

Development of fully resourced and costed project programmes using standard company work breakdown structure against data provided by the project management team. I provided progress updates as required by each Project Manager in accordance with work instructions and to create reports on cost and schedule. I was required to Issue weekly/monthly progress drop lines to clients and site staff reporting progress. I worked closely with estimating team to build all Tender Programmes for project bidding.

Project Consultant was my required role but I was responsible for building all project programmes for all construction works Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Facades, including all general construction
