After joining the company in June 2014 it was soon recognised that my skill set went beyond that of driver dispatcher and was promoted to Branch Admin in January 2015.As branch admin I am responsible for the daily banking and account admin of our 300+ branch accounts. Including collecting the weekly and monthly account payments and keeping track of the COD accounts.I also have to deal with all account admin queries and requests.other official tasks include.ensure that the branch accounts are managed and maintained on an hourly/daily basishave full responsibility for all payments that the branch receives, and ensure that credit agreements are maintained and adhered toArrange and manage payment collection from trade customers, reconciling daily takings and investigating any anomaliesLiaise with the Head Office finance team to ensure every customer receives the best service possible whilst maintaining the interests of the business

preparing and creating estimates for vehicle damage before passing to insurance company's for authorisation.Then sending to the workshop to get the work done.
